The Ratzi Menace!

Hello! This is my first post onto this Group that Steve has wonderfully started.

So, I have been painting Critter Commandos miniatures since Thursday last week. It would seem they like to paint themselves as I have already finished quite a few of them!

To start with, the Ratzis! I bought a blister pack of them from Spirit Games, it only had 4 in it, but since that packs release another bigger pack has been released with more wonderful Ratzis in it!

Apologies for the poor picture quality!

At the moment, I am painting up the Gorillas. They are lovely (big) miniatures with an awful lot of character. When those are photographed, I will hopefully photograph these again and upload 'em all!

Like Richard, I am going to try and sculpt up some Critter Commandos miniatures. I don't want to reveal too much until they are finished, but I do hope you lot like them!

Cheers guys

Tek Commander Kitty

Heres the first of my completed attempts at sculpting a character for Critter Commandos in the form of Tek Commander Kitty of the Galactic League!

Tek Commander Kitty

As there are currently no cats available for the game I thought I would have a go at sculpting my own! Shes a tad on the tall side but I am otherwise rather happy with her! Now I need to sculpt the rest of her elite team of commandos!

All the best!

Welcome To The Critterverse...

Welcome to the new Critter Commandos blog. I've set this up (along with Rob and Rich) to help promote the wonderful miniatures game Critter Commandos.

If you don't know, Critter Commandos is a squad level sci-fi game set in a universe gone mad with the combatants modeled on cartoon animal characters and the damage their weapons cause isn't real! Damage caused blows holes (literally) in characters, but they return safe and sound next week...

A great introductory game to the hobby for kids and a lot of fun for grown-up kids, we hope this blog will encourage you to pick up a copy of the rules, buy a couple of squads of critters and let your inner child loose!
